The 35+ Best Wedding Venues in Asheville
Trying to find your dream Asheville wedding venue?
I’ve put together a list of the best wedding venues within 2 and a half hours of the city, ranging from traditional southern barns and industrial warehouses to beautiful mountaintops.
Whether you’re looking for a small intimate setting or a large space to party with your entire family, Asheville & Western North Carolina has every type of venue you could imagine!
I’ve personally photographed at many of these venues, so I can definitely give you the pros & cons of each one.
I’m always looking to add to this list, so feel free to comment any more venues that you think should be here!

What is the average cost of a wedding venue in Asheville?
The average cost of a wedding venue in Asheville, NC is about $7000. While this does sound like a lot of money, some venues do include tables, chairs, dinnerware, etc. Always make sure to ask the venue exactly what they include in their rentals & if anything is an additional cost (such as a tent setup, fire pits, stand up heaters, etc.)
When Is the best time of year to get married in Asheville?
I’m definitely biased but I would have to say autumn! It’s the busiest season for weddings for a reason! The colors are stunning & the weather is usually dry & mild. But, that doesn’t mean you can’t have a beautiful spring wedding! I would avoid the months of Dec-March as well as July & August. It’s too cold in the winter and early spring so your photos will mostly be indoors and in the heat of the summer it’s too hot to go outside.
